They go above and beyond in absolutely every area and I have never met anyone as thorough and committed to their profession. They reviewed every potential house for me and tirelessly took me from house to house without ever being pushy. They are kind, compassionate, extremely well informed about the market, market pricing, strategy etc. They will always go the extra distance for their clients. They even went so far as to store my furniture in their garage after a problem that developed during my move. They also work with a team of unbelievable people and have fabulous referrals for everything from packing, moving, decorating, renovations, roofing, u name it. They will find it for you. They were able to sell my house in less than a week and I can guarantee you I was not an easy client to deal with!! We arrived in Toronto approximately three years ago without a relative or friend for that matter. We met Ellen through a friend of a friend of a friend. When …Ellen and Brian Schneidman are like family to us. My wife's name is Amy Kim and my name is Micah Adler. We are both from the United States. We arrived in Toronto approximately three years ago without a relative or friend for that matter. We met Ellen through a friend of a friend of a friend. When we met her we were in the process of relocating and we were living near Yonge Street. The temporary living was comfortable but temporary and therefore we wanted something more permanant. Actually, more important was moving out and finding something more permanent for our one year old. Within a relatively short period of time Ellen helped us rent our first house. She helped us find a beautiful bungalow in Toronto. The price was amazing and the neighborhood was excellent. My wife and I both wanted a big yard with all of the additions but we were looking with economy. Ellen followed us to so many houses and helped us understand Toronto and the areas we were looking. She was extremely patient and helpful through the entire experience. We are so thankful for her hard work.
However, even more impressive was the fact that she introduced us to our doctor, our pre-school, our daughter's doctor and almost everything else we know and love about Toronto. You cannot imagine how much she helped us. Ellen is truly the best.
After living in our house, we decided to buy a property. We are very picky so the process was long and drawn out but Ellen was there for us. In the end Ellen got us a SUPER deal on a condo which is PERFECT. We are on the first floor so our now three year old does not make the neighbors go crazy. We have an amazing front yard and we are happy in Canada.
